From Kuril Flyover following 300 feet RAJUK PURBACHAL Link Road 7 k.m. (8minutes drive),Jolshiri Abashon is 1.3km to the south of the Purbachal New Town of RAJUK and to the immediate east of the Bashundhara R/A right across the Balu River. It is flanked by the Balu on the west and the Shitalakkhya on the east. From the Dhaka Zero Point, the project is about 21km (route –Zero Point - Mouchak –Rampura – Kuril - Purbachal New Town - Jolshiri) and 15.6km (route –Zero Point – Mouchak – Rampura - Madani Avenue -Jolshiri) away. Further, it is only 7.5 km from the American Embassy and connects this part of the city directly through the east-bound extension of the Madani Avenue up to and beyond River Balu. This proposed road traverses the Jolshiri Abashon’s south perimeter and across the Lakhya River, will connect with the Dhaka-Sylhet National Highway.
Jolshiri is a massive endeavor, an ideal and comprehensive modern township development undertaking,the first of its kind in the country by Bangladesh Army.
Bangladesh Army initiated this project to create an aqua green smart township. In contrast to other DOHSs (Defense Officers Housing Societies), which are small in scale, this project is a major undertaking, the first of its kind in the country. Financial Investment
The project's expected investment is more than a billion dollars in order to implement the development and construction program. The module consists of money investment, for example, the estimated amount of investment, the interest rate, the duration and so on.
BOT
Build, Operate and transfer system will be applied for utility services such as power supply, Water Treatment Plant & supply, sewerage treatement plant and education and health establishments
Joint venture Development
Any investor or developer may develop the property in collaboration with the authorities in accordance with the planning. The goal will be on signing money rather than sharing.
Direct Purchase
Direct Purchase at negotiable prices will result in transfer of ownership of the commercial land plots for development. but the development should strictly be as per land use plan.
Long Term Lease
According to existing government norms and regulations, the Long Term Lease will be agreed upon between parties . There will be a fee for leasing, and land use regulations must be properly followed.
Equity sharing
